Parmesan Crusted Onion Rings

INGREDIENTS
Onions - 300 grams 
Parmesan cheese - 200 grams 
Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Smoked paprika - 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Greek yogurt - 140 grams 
Grated cucumber - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Lemon juice - 2 teaspoons 
Olive oil - 2 teaspoons
Garlic - 2 teaspoons
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Dried dil leaves - 1/4 teaspoon
Mint leaves - 1 teaspoon
Green spring onions - for garnishing

PREPARATION
1. Take 300 grams onions and slice them using a slicer. Keep aside.
2. Grate the 200 grams processed cheese by using grater then spred it evenly on a baking tray.
3. Arrange the onion slices over the cheese layer and brush tops lightly with olive oil.
4. Sprinkle some salt, smoked paprika, black pepper, and garlic powder on top.
5. Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C and bake for 18 - 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool for 8 - 10 minutes.
6. In a bowl, add 140 grams greek yogurt, 1 1/2 tablespoons grated cucumber, 2 teaspoons lemon juice, 2 teaspoons olive oil, 2 teaspoons garlic, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon dried dil leaves and 1 teaspoon mint leaves. Mix well to combine.
7. Cut the baked crusted onion rings into slices and garnish with green onions.
8. Serve with prepared dip.
