Pav Bhaji Balls

INGREDIENTS
Pav buns - 4
Water - 200 milliliters
Green peas - 50 grams
Oil - 20 milliliters
Onions - 70 grams
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Green chili - 1 teaspoon
Tomato - 100 grams
Bell pepper - 20 grams
Carrot - 20 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
Paprika - 1 teaspoon
Pav bhaji masala - 1 tablespoon
Water - 100 milliliters
Butter - 1 tablespoon
Boiled mashed potatoes - 200 grams
Paneer - 200 grams
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Water - 300 milliliters
Oil - for frying
( For Dip )
Grated processed cheese - 80 grams
Mayonnaise - 100 grams
Spring onion - 1 tablespoon
PREPARATION
- Take pav buns, cut it into 4 halves.
- In a blender, coarsely grind it into powder.
- Now, In a pan add 200 millilitres water, 50 grams green peas, stir it well and boil it for a while .
- Mash boiled green peas in a mixing bowl with a help of a masher.
- In a skillet , add 20 millilitres oil, 70 grams onion stir it well and cook until translucent .
- Now, add 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon green chili, mix once then add 100 grams tomato, 20 grams bell pepper, 20 grams carrot, mashed green peas and mix it properly .
- After mixing, add 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon paprika,1 tablespoon pav bhaji masala, stir it once or twice .
- Add 100 milliliters of water mix and mash the vegetables with masher.
- Now, put 1 tablespoon butter, mix it all properly then add mashed boiled potatoes, combine it properly .
- After combining, add 200 grams paneer, mix once then add prepared pav buns mixture and stir it well .
- Add 1 teaspoon garam masala and 1 tablespoon coriander in the prepared mixture. Let it cool.
- Take out cooked pav bhaji mixture in a mixing bowl and put a small portion on the hand and roll it into a small balls.
- Fry the pav bhaji balls in a heated oil until fully cooked or turns golden brown.
- For making dip , take out saucepan add 300 millilitres water, set the heatproof bowl over the pan and add 80 grams grated processed cheese.
- Stir cheese occasionally as it softens.
- In a mixing bowl add 100 grams mayonnaise, melted processed cheese, 1 tablespoon spring onions, mix it well .
- Serve hot with prepared dip.
