INGREDIENTS
Pineapple chunks - 400 grams
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Oil - 1 teaspoon
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well to combine.
2. Rest for 20 minutes.
3. Skewer the pineapple chunks.
4. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes.
5. Serve hot.
