Pocket Potato Bites

INGREDIENTS
Salt - 2 teaspoons
Red chili - 2 teaspoons
Garlic powder - 2 teaspoons
Cumin powder - 2 teaspoons
Coriander powder - 2 teaspoons
Coriander - 2 teaspoons
Lemon juice - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Gram flour - 140 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
Water - 200 milliliters
Boiled potatoes - 430 grams
Oil - for frying
PREPARATION
- In a bowl, add 2 teaspoons salt, 2 teaspoons red chili, 2 teaspoons garlic powder, 2 teaspoons cumin powder, 2 teaspoons coriander powder, 2 teaspoons coriander, 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice and mix it well. Keep aside.
- In a mixing bowl, add 140 grams gram flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric and mix it well.
- Add 200 milliliters water and mix it well to make a thick batter. Keep aside.
- Take 430 grams boiled potatoes and cut it into pieces.
- Then, take the piece and add the prepared mixture on it and spread it evenly.
- Place the another piece on top of it.
- Now, dip it in the prepared batter and coat it completely.
- Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain it on an absorbent paper.
- Serve hot.
