Ragi Cookies

INGREDIENTS
Ragi flour - 100 grams
Oats - 40 grams
Jaggery powder - 120 grams
Desi ghee - 100 milliliters
Wheat flour - 100 grams
Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
Milk - 60 milliliters
PREPARATION
- Take a pan, add 100 grams ragi flour and dry roast for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
- Remove it from heat and keep aside.
- Take a another pan, add 40 grams oats and dry roast for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
- Remove it from heat and keep aside.
- In a mixing bowl, add 120 grams jaggery powder, 100 milliliters desi ghee and mix it well.
- Then, add roasted ragi flour, 100 grams wheat flour, roasted oats, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 60 milliliters milk and mix all the ingredients well.
- Knead it into a dough.
- Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Take a ball from dough and flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.
- Cut out a circle from it.
- Place it on a baking tray.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for about 12 - 15 minutes. Remove it from oven.
- Serve or store in an airtight container.
