Samosa Cone

INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour - 200 grams
Carom seeds - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Oil - 1 teaspoon
Water - 60 milliliters
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Boiled green peas - 50 grams
Boiled mashed potatoes - 400 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili - 1 teaspoon
Garam Masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Ketchup - 30 grams
Sev - 25 grams
PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, add 200 grams all purpose flour, 1 tablespoon carom seeds, 1 teaspoon salt, and 2 tablespoons oil. Mix well.
2. Add 60 milliliters water and knead into a dough. Rest for 15 minutes.
3. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds and 50 grams boiled green peas. Sauté for 30 seconds.
4. Add 400 grams boil mashed potatoes and mix well.
5. Add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1/2 teaspoon and garam masala. Mix and cook for 1 minute.
6. Add 1 tablespoon coriander and mix well. Remove from heat and let it cool for 10 minutes.
7. Take a small ball of dough and flatten it.
8. Place it on a hot pan and cook for 30 seconds. Flip and cook for another 30 seconds.
9. Remove from heat and place on a board. Cut into two halves vertically and horizontally to form triangle shapes (see video).
10. Shape each piece into a cone and fill it with the prepared potato mixture.
11. Heat enough oil in a skillet and deep fry them until golden brown and crispy. Drain on absorbent paper.
12. Dip the top of each cone in ketchup and coat with sev.
13. Serve.
