Schezwan Cheese Fritters

INGREDIENTS
(For Schezwan Cheese Fritters)
Grated processed cheese - 150 grams
All purpose flour - 100 grams
Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
Onions - 100 grams
Spring green onions - 2 tablespoons
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Schezwan sauce - 2 tablespoons
Red chili sauce - 1 teaspoon
Dried parsley - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Buttermilk - 50 milliliters
Oil - for frying
(For Mint Mayonnaise Chutney)
Mint - 10 grams
Green chili - 1 teaspoon
Water - 2 teaspoons
Mayonnaise - 100 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Powdered sugar - 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon jucie - 1 teaspoon
PREPARATION
(For Schezwan Cheese Fritters)
1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix it well.
2. Take some mixture in a spoon and shape it into a fritter with the help of a another spoon.
3. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.
4. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
(For Mint Mayonnaise Chutney)
1. In a blender, add 10 grams mint, 1 teaspoon green chili, 2 teaspoons water and blend it well.
2. In a mixing bowl, add 100 grams mayonnaise, blended mixture, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and mix it well.
3. Serve with prepared fritters.
