Schezwan Paneer Club Sandwich

INGREDIENTS
Dry red chili - 50 grams
Water - 40 milliliters
Oil - 90 milliliters
Garlic - 2 tablespoons
Ginge - 2 teaspoons
Coriander - 15 grams
Garlic - 1 teaspoon
Ginger - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Green chili - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Water - 40 milliliters
Dry mango powder - 2 teaspoons
Mayonnaise - 50 grams
Oil - 2 teaspoons
Onions - 70 grams
Bell pepper - 60 grams
Sweet corns - 40 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon
Paneer - 40 grams
Thyme - 1 teaspoon
Butter - 1 teaspoon
Bread slice
Tandoori mayonnaise - to taste
Tomato slices - to taste
Cucumber slices - to taste
Salt - to taste
Chaat masala - to taste
Cheese slices - to taste
Mayonnaise - to taste
Butter - for grilling
PREPARATION
- In a blender, add 50 grams dry red chili, 40 milliliters water and blend it into a paste.
- Heat 90 milliliters oil in a pan, add 2 tablespoons garlic, 2 teaspoons ginger and stir well.
- Then, add the blended chili paste and mix it well.
- Cover it with lid and cook for a bout 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
- Open the lid and give it a nice stir.
- Remove it from heat and keep aside.
- In a blender, add 15 grams coriander, 1 teaspoon garlic, 1 teaspoon ginger, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 1/2 tablespoons green chili, 40 milliliters water, 2 teaspoons dry mango powder and blend it into a paste.
- Transfer this into a bowl, add 50 grams mayonnaise and mix it well. Keep aside.
- Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a pan, add 70 grams onions, 60 grams bell pepper, 40 grams sweet corns and mix it well.
- Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
- Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon chilli flakes and mix it well.
- Then, add 40 grams paneer and mix it well.
- Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
- Add 1 teaspoon thyme and mix it well.
- Now, add the prepared schezwan sauce and mix it well.
- Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
- Remove it from heat and keep aside.
- Heat 1 teaspoon butter in a pan, add a bread slice and cook until it turns golden brown in color from both sides.
- Remove it from heat and place it on a board.
- Add some prepared green chutney on it and spread it evenly.
- Take the another slice, add some tandoori mayonnaise on it and spread it evenly.
- Add some tomato slices and cucumber slices on it.
- Sprinkle some salt and chaat masala on it.
- Add cheese slices on it.
- Place a another bread slice with green chutney on one side of it.
- Add some mayonnaise on it and spread it evenly.
- Then, add the prepared paneer mixture on it and spared it evenly.
- Place the another bread slice with green chutney on one side of it.
- Heat some butter on a grill machine and place the prepared sandwich on it.
- Cover it with lid.
- Grill for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat or until it turns golden brown in color.
- Remove it from machine and cut it into pieces.
- Serve hot.
