Smoked Paneer Tikka Sandwich

Hung curd - 100 grams
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Roasted gram flour - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Black salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Dry mango powder - 1 teaspoon
Paprika - 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Onion - 50 grams
Bell pepper - 50 grams
Tomato - 50 grams
Paneer cubes - 250 grams
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Desi ghee - 1 tablespoon
Charcoal
Desi ghee - 1 tablespoon
( For Green Chutney )
Coriander leaves - 10 grams
Mint leaves - 5 grams
Green chili - 1 tablespoon
Onion - 30 grams
Ginger - 1 teaspoon
Garlic - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Dry mango powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Chaat masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Water - 2 tablespoon

PREPARATION
- In a bowl, add 100 grams hung curd, 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, 1 tablespoon roasted grams flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black salt, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder , 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1 tablespoon dry mango powder, 1 tablespoon paprika, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and 1 tablespoon oil.
- Mix all the ingredients properly.
- Now, add 50 grams onions, 50 grams bell pepper, 50 grams tomatoes, 250 grams paneer cubes, 1 tablespoon coriander and mix again.
- Keep aside and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Now, heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add marinated mixture.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes on medium heat.
- Now, place smoked charcoal with 1 tablespoon desi ghee over it, in the pan.
- Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the lid and take out the charcoal.
- Remove the pan from heat.
- For making green chutney, add 10 grams coriander leaves, 5 grams mint leaves, 1 tablespoon green chili, 30 grams onion, 1 teaspoon ginger, 1 teaspoon garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black salt, 1/2 teaspoon dry mango powder, 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and 2 tablespoon water.
- Transfer in a blender and blend it to a smooth paste.
- Now, take a bread slice, apply some butter, then prepared green chutney and place prepared paneer tikka over it.
- Top it with cheese slice .
- Cover it another bread slice.
- Apply some butter on it and place the sandwich on the heated pan.
- Apple butter to the other side of the bread too.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes from both sides until light brown and crispy.
- Cut it into 2 halves with a sharp knife.
- Serve hot with dip.
