Soya Egg Fry Roast

INGREDIENTS
Water - 900 milliliters
Soya chunks - 50 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Water - 800 milliliters
Corn flour - 2 tablespoons
Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Paprika - 1/4 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
Eggs - 2
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Cumin - 1 teaspoon
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Ginger - 1 tablespoon
Onion - 80 grams
Tomato - 180 grams
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Paprika - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Tomato 1 tablespoon
Green chili - 2 teaspoons
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
PREPARATION
- In a pan, add 900 milliliters water, bring it to boil.
- Add 50 grams soya chunks, 1/2 teaspoon salt and give it a stir.
- Boil for 5 minutes and strain the water.
- Add boiled soya chunks into 800 milliliters water , wash and squeeze water and transfer it into bowl.
- Now, add 2 tablespoons cornflour, 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1/4 teaspoon paprika, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric and 2 eggs. Mix well.
- Keep aside and rest for 10 minutes.
- Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a pan, add soya chunks mixture and fry for 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the pan from heat.
- Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, add 1 teaspoon cumin and stir well.
- Now, add 1 tablespoon garlic , 1 tablespoon ginger, and sauté for a while.
- Now, add 80 grams onion, and sauté until translucent.
- Now, add 180 grams tomatoes and stir well.
- Add 1/4 teaspoon salt, cook for 7-8minutes.
- Then ,add 1 teaspoon paprika , 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder, and 1 teaspoon coriander powder and give it a stir.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes on medium heat.
- Now, add 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup, and mix well.
- Add fried soya chunks, mix once then, add 2 teaspoons green chili and stir well.
- Remove the pan from heat.
- Garnish with 1 tablespoon coriander.
- Serve hot.
