Spicy Schezwan Paneer Bhurji Pav Sandwich

INGREDIENTS
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Ginger - 1 tablespoon
Onions - 130 grams
Tomato - 160 grams
Green chili - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Paprika - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
Mixed herbs - 1 teaspoon
Schezwan sauce - 40 grams
Garte paneer - 300 grams
Milk - 80 milliliters
Mayonnaise - 85 grams
Schezwan sauce - 40 grams
Red chili sauce - 1 tablespoon
Butter - for shallow frying and brushing

PREPARATION
- Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a skillet, add 1 tablespoon ginger and stir well.
- Then, add 130 grams onions and fry till translucent or until it turns golden brown in color.
- Now, add 160 grams tomato, 1 tablespoon green chili and saute for 5 - 7 minutes or until it turns soft and pulpy.
- Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon mixed herbs and mix it well.
- Add 40 grams schezwan sauce and mix it again.
- Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
- Then, add 300 grams grated paneer, 80 milliliters milk and mix it well.
- Cook for another 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
- Remove it from heat and keep aside.
- In a mixing bowl, add 85 grams mayonnaise, 40 grams schezwan sauce, 1 tablespoon red chili sauce and mix it well.
- Heat some butter in a pan, add a pav bun on it.
- Brush it with butter.
- Cook until it turns dark brown in color from both sides.
- Remove it from heat and place it on a board.
- Cut it from half.
- Add the prepared sauce in it and spread it evenly.
- Place a lettuce on it.
- Now, add the prepared paneer bhurji on it.
- Serve hot.
