Steamed Rice Cake

INGREDIENTS
Hot water - 220 milliliters
Sugar - 120 grams
Rice flour - 250 grams
All purpose flour - 50 grams
Yeast - 1 tablespoon
PREPARATION
1. Take a jug, add 220 milliliters hot water, 120 grams sugar and mix well. Keep aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, add 250 grams rice flour, 50 grams all purpose flour, 1 tablespoon yeast, sugar water and mix it well.
3. Rest at room temperature for 3 hours.
4. Fill the mixture into the moulds. Bring water to boil in wok and then steam the cakes for 20 minutes.
5. Wait for 5 minutes, transfer out, cool down slightly and de-mould when still warm.
6. Serve.
