Stuffed Kurkure Mushrooms
Servings - 2 - 3
INGREDIENTS

Oil - 1 tablespoon
Garlic - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Onions - 130 grams
Bell pepper - 140 grams
Broccoli - 30 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Processed cheese - 100 grams
All purpose flour - 100 grams
Corn flour - 40 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Water - 250 milliliters
Mushrooms - 450 grams
Bread crumbs - for coating
Oil - for frying
PREPARATION
1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic and stir well.
2. Then, add 130 grams onions and fry till translucent or until it turns golden brown in color.
3. Now, add 140 grams bell pepper, 30 grams broccoli and mix it well.
4. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
5. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.
6. Remove it from heat and allow it to cool.
7. Transfer this into a mixing bowl, add 100 grams processed cheese and mix it well.
8. Keep aside.
9. In a bowl, add 100 grams all purpose flour, 40 grams corn flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.
10. Add 250 milliliters water and mix it well to make a thick batter.
11. Keep aside.
12. Take a mushroom and remove the stalk from it.
13. Fill it with prepared mixture.
14. Dip it in prepared all purpose flour mixture.
15. Then roll it in bread crumb mixture properly.
16. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.
17. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
18. Serve hot with ketchup.
