Tandoori Omelette Sandwich

INGREDIENTS
(For Tandoori Mixture)
Hung curd - 225 grams
Mustard oil - 1 tablespoon
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tablespoons
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
Paprika - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Dry mango powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Dry fenugreek leaves - 1 tablespoon
Roasted gram flour - 2 tablespoons
(For Egg Mixture)
Eggs - 2
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/8 teaspoon
Onions - 2 tablespoons
Green chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander - 1 teaspoon

Bread slices - 2

PREPARATION
(For Tandoori Mixture)
- In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix it well.
- Keep aside.
(For Egg Mixture)
- In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix it well.
- Keep aside.
(For Tandoori Omelette Sandwich)
- Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a pan, add the prepared egg mixture in it.
- Then, place 2 bread slices on it.
- Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
- Flip it gently.
- Now, fold the one bread onto the another bread. (See Video)
- Add the prepared tandoori mixture on it and spread it evenly.
- Add some oil on top of it.
- Flip it gently. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
- Do the same on the other side and cook until it turns dark brown in color from both sides.
- Remove it from heat and place it on a board.
- Cut it into pieces.
- Serve hot.
