Tandoori Spring Rolls

INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour - 100 grams
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Oil - 2 teaspoon
Water - 60 milliliters
Oil - 2 teaspoons
Garlic - 1 teaspoon
Green chili - 1 teaspoon
Onions - 30 grams
Carrot - 40 grams
Bell pepper - 80 grams
Cabbage - 40 grams
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Boiled noodles - 100 grams
Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
Green chili sauce - 2 teaspoons
All purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
Water - 45 milliliters
All purpose flour - to paste
Oil - for frying
Yogurt - 190 grams
Roasted gram flour - 30 grams
Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Black salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/4 teaspoon
Paprika - 1 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Dry mango powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/4 teaspoon
Tandoori masala - 2 teaspoon
Dry fenugreek leaves - 1 teaspoon
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Mustard oil - 2 teaspoons
Charcaoal
Ghee - 2 teaspoon
Oil
PREPARATION
- In a mixing bowl, add 100 grams of all purpose flour, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoon of oil, 60 milliliters of water and knead it into a smooth soft dough.
- Rest for 20 minutes.
- Now, take a pan add 2 teaspoons of oil, 1 teaspoon of garlic, 1 teaspoon of green chili and saute for 1 - 2 minutes.
- Add 30 grams of onions and saute for 1 - 2 minutes.
- Add 40 grams of carrot, 80 grams of bell pepper, 40 grams of cabbage and cook for 3 - 5 minutes.
- Now, add 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper and mix it well.
- Add 100 grams of boiled noodles and mix it well.
- Add 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of green chili sauce and mix it well.
- Now, take a bowl add 2 tablespoons of all purpose flour, 45 milliliters of water, and mix it well.
- Take a ball and flatten it with the help of rolling pin.
- Place it on a hot tawa and cook from both sides for 10 - 15 seconds.
- Remove it from heat.
- Add some prepared mixture in it and spread some prepared all purpose flour paste
- Now, Roll it tightly.
- Heat sufficient oil in a pot and deep fry these until it turns golden brown and crispy.
- Again, take a mixing bowl and add 190 grams of yogurt, 30 grams of roasted gram flour, 1 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of black salt, 1/4 teaspoon of red chili, 1 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon of dry mango powder, 1/4 teaspoon of garam masala, 2 teaspoon of tandoori masala, 1 teaspoon of fry fenugreek leaves, 1 tablespoon of coriander, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 2 teaspoons of mustard oil, and mix it well.
- Now, add those cooked spring rolls and mix it well.
- Add charcaoal on top of the bowl and put 2 teaspoons of ghee in it.
- Cover it for 5 - 7 minutes.
- Now, open the bowl and pickup that spring rolls and heat in a sufficient oil in a pot until it turns golden brown and crispy.
- Serve.
