Tawa Masala Paneer Burger

INGREDIENTS
Coriander leaves - 10 grams
Mint leaves - 5 grams
Onion - 30 grams
Green chili - 1 tablespoon
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Dry mango powder - 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Water - 2 tablespoons
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Butter - 1 tablespoon
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Onion - 150 grams
Bell pepper - 50 grams
Tomato - 200 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Pav bhaji masala - 1 tablespoon
Water - 2 tablespoons
Ketchup - 2 tablespoons
Paneer - 150 grams
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Burger buns - 4
Butter - 1 teaspoon
Pav bhaji masala - for dusting
Coriander - for garnish
PREPARATION
- In a bowl, add 10 grams coriander leaves, 5 grams mint leaves ,30 grams onion ,1 tablespoon green chili, 1 tablespoon garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black salt, 1 teaspoon dry mango powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 2 tablespoons water.
- Transfer it in blender and blend to a smooth paste. Keep aside.
- Heat 2 tablespoons oil in pan and 1 tablespoon butter, 1 tablespoon garlic, 150 grams onions and cook until translucent.
- Now, add 50 grams bell pepper, 200 grams tomatoes, stir and cook for a minute
- Then, add 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, and 1 tablespoon pav bhaji masala mix once, and 2 tablespoons water.
- Now, add 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup. Stir well.
- Cook for 7-8 minutes on medium heat .
- Now, add 150 grams paneer cubes and mix well.
- Add 1 tablespoon coriander, mix and remove the pan from heat.
- Now, take burger bun, place prepared paneer stuffing one once side and prepared green chutney on the side side of bun, and cover it.
- Heat a tawa, spread 1 teaspoon butter over it, sprinkle some pav bhaji masala, and coriander.
- Heat prepared burger on the tawa from both sides.
- Serve hot.
