Eggless Banana Black Raisin Bread

INGREDIENTS
Bananas - 3
Powdered brown sugar - 75 grams
Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
Baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Oil - 1 1/2 tablespoons
All purpose flour - 150 grams
Black raisins - 25 grams
Butter - for brushing
PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, add 3 bananas and mash them with the help of a fork.
2. Add 75 grams powdered brown sugar, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 1/2 tablespoons oil and mix it well.
3. Then, add 150 grams all purpose flour and mix it well to make a thick batter.
4. Add 25 grams black raisins and mix it well.
5. Take a baking dish and brush it with butter.
6. Now, add the prepared batter in it and spread it evenly.
7. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for about 30 minutes.
8. Remove it from oven.
9. Cut it into slices.
10. Serve.

8. Remove it from oven.
