Schezwan Paneer Club Sandwich

INGREDIENTSDry red chili - 50 grams
Water - 40 milliliters
Oil - 90 milliliters
Garlic - 2 tablespoons
Ginge - 2 teaspoons
Coriander - 15 grams
Garlic - 1 teaspoon

Salt - 1 teaspoon
Green chili - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Water - 40 milliliters
Dry mango powder - 2 teaspoons
Mayonnaise - 50 grams
Oil - 2 teaspoons
Onions - 70 grams
Bell pepper - 60 grams
Sweet corns - 40 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon
Paneer - 40 grams
Thyme - 1 teaspoon
Butter - 1 teaspoon
Bread slice
Tandoori mayonnaise - to taste
Tomato slices - to taste
Cucumber slices - to taste
Salt - to taste
Chaat masala - to taste
Cheese slices - to taste
Mayonnaise - to taste
Butter - for grilling
PREPARATION
1. In a blender, add 50 grams dry red chili, 40 milliliters water and blend it into a paste.
2. Heat 90 milliliters oil in a pan, add 2 tablespoons garlic, 2 teaspoons ginger and stir well.
3. Then, add the blended chili paste and mix it well.
4. Cover it with lid and cook for a bout 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
5. Open the lid and give it a nice stir.
6. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
7. In a blender, add 15 grams coriander, 1 teaspoon garlic, 1 teaspoon ginger, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 1/2 tablespoons green chili, 40 milliliters water, 2 teaspoons dry mango powder and blend it into a paste.
8. Transfer this into a bowl, add 50 grams mayonnaise and mix it well. Keep aside.
9. Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a pan, add 70 grams onions, 60 grams bell pepper, 40 grams sweet corns and mix it well.
10. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
11. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon chilli flakes and mix it well.
12. Then, add 40 grams paneer and mix it well.
13. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
14. Add 1 teaspoon thyme and mix it well.
15. Now, add the prepared schezwan sauce and mix it well.
16. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
17. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
18. Heat 1 teaspoon butter in a pan, add a bread slice and cook until it turns golden brown in color from both sides.
19. Remove it from heat and place it on a board.
20. Add some prepared green chutney on it and spread it evenly.
21. Take the another slice, add some tandoori mayonnaise on it and spread it evenly.
22. Add some tomato slices and cucumber slices on it.
23. Sprinkle some salt and chaat masala on it.
24. Add cheese slices on it.
25. Place a another bread slice with green chutney on one side of it.
26. Add some mayonnaise on it and spread it evenly.
27. Then, add the prepared paneer mixture on it and spared it evenly.
28. Place the another bread slice with green chutney on one side of it.
29. Heat some butter on a grill machine and place the prepared sandwich on it.
30. Cover it with lid.
31. Grill for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat or until it turns golden brown in color.
32. Remove it from machine and cut it into pieces.
33. Serve hot.
Spicy Sprouts Sandwich
Servings - 2 - 3
INGREDIENTS
Potatoes - 700 grams
Water - 400 milliliters
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Onions - 80 grams
Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoons
Green chili - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
Pav bhaji masala - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Black salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Tomato - 100 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Sprouted mung beans - 200 grams
Boiled grated potatoes
Bread slices
Butter - for brushing
PREPARATION
1. Take a pressure cooker, add 700 grams potatoes, 400 milliliters water and cover it with lid.
2. Cook till you hear 4 whistles.
3. Open the lid and remove it from heat.
4. Peel and grate the potatoes.
5. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a skillet, add 80 grams onions and fry till translucent.
6. Add 2 teaspoons ginger garlic paste and stir well.
7. Add 1 teaspoon green chili and stir again.
8. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
9. Add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon pav bhaji masala, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon black salt and mix it well.
10. Then, add 100 grams tomato and saute until it turns soft and pulpy.
11. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
12. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix it well.
13. Now, add 200 grams sprouted mung beans, boiled grated potatoes and mix it well.
14. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat. Keep aside.
15. Take a bread slice and cut itβs edges.
16. Add the prepared potatoes mixture on it and spread it evenly.
17. Cover it with another slice of bread.
18. Place it on a grill machine.
19. Brush it with butter.
20. Close the lid and grill for about 5 - 7 minutes or until it turns golden brown in color.
21. Remove it from grill machine and cut it into slices.
22. Serve hot with ketchup.
