Tofu Patties

INGREDIENTS
(For Tofu Patty)
Tofu - 250 grams
Onions - 50 grams
Garlic - 1 teaspoon
Green chili - 1 teaspoon
Paprika - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
Corn flour - 1 tablespoon
Bread crumbs - 2 tablespoons
Oil - for shallow frying
(For Green Chutney)
Mint - 15 grams
Coriander - 15 grams
Onions - 30 grams
Green chili - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Pomegranate seeds - 1 teaspoon
Ginger - 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Water - 2 tablespoons
PREPARATION
(For Tofu Patties)
1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix it well.
2. Take some mixture in your hands and shape it into a patty.
3. Heat some oil in a pan, place the prepared patty on it.
4. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat and flip it gently.
5. Cook until it turns dark brown in color from all sides.
6. Remove it from heat.
(For Green Chutney)
1. In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend it into a puree.
2. Serve with prepared patties.
