Manchurian Hot Dogs

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS
Carrots - 250 grams
Cabbage - 100 grams
Bell pepper - 50 grams
All purpose flour - 100 grams
Corn flour - 40 grams
Ginger - 1 teaspoon
Garlic - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
Red chili - 1 teaspoon
Water - 50 milliliters
Oil - for frying
Oil - 20 milliliters
Garlic - 1 teaspoon
Ginger - 1 teaspoon
Onions - 40 grams
Carrot - 40 grams
Cabbage - 40 grams
Bell pepper - 30 grams
Ketchup - 20 grams
Red chili sauce - 20 grams
Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
Water - 30 milliliters
Corn flour - 1 tablespoon
Water - 30 milliliters
Hot dogs
Mayonnaise - to taste
Coriander - for garnishing

PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 250 grams carrots, 100 grams cabbage, 50 grams bell pepper, 100 grams all purpose flour, 40 grams corn flour, 1 teaspoon ginger, 1 teaspoon garlic, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon red chili and mix it well.
2. Add 50 milliliters water and mix it well.
3. Take some mixture on your hands and shape it into lemon sized balls.
4. Heat sufficient oil in a deep fryer and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.
5. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
6. Heat 20 milliliters oil in a skillet, add 1 teaspoon garlic, 1 teaspoon ginger and stir for 1 - 2m minutes.
7. Then, add 40 grams onions and fry till translucent.
8. Now, add 40 grams carrot, 40 grams cabbage, 30 grams bell pepper and mix it well.
9. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
10. Add 20 grams ketchup, 20 grams red chili sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.
11. Add 30 milliliters water and mix it again.
12. Cook for 2 - 3 minutes on medium heat.
13. In a bowl, add 1 tablespoon corn flour, 30 milliliters water and mix it well.
14. Pour the mixture into the skillet and mix it well.
15. Now, add the fried manchurian balls in it and mix it well.
16. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
17. Remove it from heat.
18. Take a hot dog and make a cut in the center.
19. Add the prepared manchurian in it.
20. Top with mayonnaise.
21. Garnish with coriander.
22. Serve hot.

Masala Paneer Hot Dog

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Cumin - 1 teaspoon
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Ginger - 1 tablespoon
Onions - 120 grams
Bell pepper - 100 grams
Tomato - 250 grams
Green chili - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Red chili - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Pav bhaji masala - 1 tablespoon
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Red chili sauce - 2 tablespoons
Ketchup - 50 grams
Paneer - 200 grams
Coriander - 2 tablespoons
Butter - 30 grams
Onions - 25 grams
Jalapeños - 50 grams
Fresh cream - 100 grams
Milk - 50 milliliters
Water - 300 milliliters
Processed cheese - 100 grams
Hot dog buns
Butter - 1 tablespoon
Pav bhaji masala - 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander - 1 tablespoon

PREPARATION
1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet, add 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 tablespoon garlic, 1 tablespoon ginger and stir well.
2. Then, add 120 grams onions and fry till translucent or until it turns golden brown in color.
3. Now, add 100 grams bell pepper, 250 grams tomato, 1 tablespoon green chili and mix it well.
4. Cook for 8 - 10 minutes on medium heat.
5. Add 1 teaspoons alt, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 tablespoon pav bhaji masala, 1 teaspoon garam masala and mix it well.
6. Add 2 tablespoons red chili sauce, 50 grams ketchup and mix it again.
7. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
8. Now, add 200 grams paneer, 2 tablespoons coriander and mix it well.
9. Cook for another 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
10. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
11. Heat 30 grams butter in a pan, add 25 grams onions, 50 grams jalapeños and mix it well.
12. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
13. Then, add 100 grams fresh cream , 50 milliliters milk and mix it well.
14. Bring it to a boil.
15. Cook until the mixture become thickens.
16. Remove it from heat and allow it to cool for about 5 minutes.
17. Take a deep pan, add 300 milliliters water and bring it to a boil.
18. Place a bowl on top of it.
19. Add 100 grams processed cheese.
20. Now, place a stainer on it and add the prepared jalapeños mixture in it.
21. Strain the mixture properly.
22. Stir the cheese mixture continuously until the cheese is melted.
23. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
24. Take a hot dog bun and make a cut in the centre.
25. Fill it with the prepared paneer mixture.
26. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a pan, add 1/4 teaspoon pav bhaji masala, 1 tablespoon coriander and mix it well.
27. Now, place the hot dog bun and cook on moderate heat for 2 - 3 minutes.
28. Flip it gently and cook the other side too.
29. Cook until it turns golden brown in color.
30. Remove it from heat.
31. Drizzle some prepared cheese sauce on top of it.
32. Serve hot.
