Vegetable Couscous

INGREDIENTS
Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Onions - 90 grams
Carrot - 40 grams
Green beans - 40 grams
Bell pepper - 120 grams
Zucchini - 50 grams
Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Dried basil - 1 1/2 teaspoon
Hot sauce - 1 teaspoon
Vegetable stock - 500 milliliters
Couscous - 250 grams
PREPARATION
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a wok, add 90 grams onion and sauté for a minute.
- Now, add 40 grams carrots, 40 grams green beans, 120 grams bell pepper, 50 grams zucchini and cook for 3-5 minutes.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and 1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil.
- Mix well and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.
- Now, add 1 teaspoon hot sauce and mix well.
- Add 500 milliliters vegetable stock and stir well.
- Now, add 250 grams couscous and mix well.
- Cover with lid and cook for 5-7 minutes on medium heat.
- Remove the lid and give it a stir.
- Remove the pan from heat.
- Serve hot.
