Walnut & Paneer Kebab

INGREDIENTS
Walnuts - 110 grams
Gram flour - 25 grams
Grated paneer - 280 grams
Hung curd - 90 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Red chili - 1 teaspoon
Dry mango powder - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Oil - for shallow frying
PREPARATION
- Take a pan, add 110 grams walnuts and dry roast for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
- Remove it from heat and transfer this into a blender.
- Blend it into a fine powder.
- Take a another pan, add 25 grams gram flour and dry roast for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat or until it turns golden brown in color.
- Remove it from heat and keep aside.
- In a mixing bowl, add 280 grams grated paneer, blended walnuts, roasted gram flour, 90 grams hung curd, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon dry mango powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 tablespoon coriander and mix all the ingredients well.
- Take some mixture in your hands and shape it into a tikki.
- Heat some oil in a pan, add the prepped tikki in it.
- Cook on moderate heat for 2 - 3 minutes and flip it gently.
- Cook until it turns golden brown in color from both sides.
- Remove it from heat.
- Serve hot.
