INGREDIENTS
Cod fish - 485 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
All purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
All purpose flour - 170 grams
Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Light cold beer - 300 milliliters
Oil - for frying
Potatoes - 790 grams
Oil - for frying
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 485 grams cod fish, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder, 2 tablespoons all purpose flour and mix it well. Keep aside.
2. In a another mixing bowl, add 170 grams all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder, 300 milliliters light cold beer and mix it well.
3. Dip the fish in prepared batter and coat it well.
4. Heat sufficient oil in a skillet and deep fry these till golden brown and crispy.
5. Drain it on an absorbent paper. Keep aside.
6. Take 790 grams potatoes and cut it into long rectangle pieces to make fries.
7. Dip it in sufficient water and place them on a towel.
8. Dry them with another towel.
9. Heat sufficient oil in a skillet and deep fry these till golden brown and crispy.
10. Drain it on an absorbent paper. Keep aside.
11. Serve hot fish and chips with mayonnaise.

Cucumber slices - 3
Lemon slices - 2
Mint leaves - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Ice
Pimms - 90 milliliters
Lime soda - 200 milliliters
PREPARATION
1. Take a glass, add 3 orange slices, 3 cucumber slices, 2 lemon slices, 1 1/2 tablespoons mint leaves, ice, 90 milliliters pimms, 200 milliliters lime soda and stir well.
2. Serve.
Belgian Waffle

INGREDIENTS
Egg yolks - 2
Milk - 450 milliliters
Oil - 110 milliliters
Vanilla extract - 1 1/2 tablespoons
All purpose flour - 300 grams
Baking Powder - 2 tablespoons
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Powdered sugar - 120 grams
Egg white - 2
Vanilla ice cream - for garnishing
Honey - for garnishing
Strawberries - for garnishing
Black berries - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 2 egg yolks, 450 milliliters milk, 110 milliliters oil, 1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla extract and mix it well.
2. Add 300 grams all purpose flour, 2 tablespoons baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 120 grams powdered sugar and mix it well to make a thick batter.
3. In a another mixing bowl, add 2 egg whites and whisk it well.
4. Pour this mixture into the prepared all purpose flour mixture and mix it well.
5. Grease the waffle machine with oil.
6. Pour the batter in the machine and cook for about 15 minutes.
7. Garnish with vanilla ice cream, honey, strawberries and black berries.
8. Serve.

INGREDIENTS
Ice
Gin - 40 milliliters
Calvados - 30 milliliters
Grenadine syrup - 10 milliliters
Lemon juice - 10 milliliters
Apple slice - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. In a shaker, add ice, 40 milliliters gin, 30 milliliters calvados, 10 milliliters grenadine syrup and 10 milliliters lemon juice.
2. Close and shake well to combine.
3. Pour the mixture into the glass.
4. Garnish with apple slice.
5. Serve.
