Ginger Tulsi Tea
Servings - 2
INGREDIENTS

Water - 800 milliliters
Bay leaf - 2
Tulsi leaf - 10 - 12
Ginger - 1 tablespoon
Cinnamon stick - 1
Cardamom - 3 pods
Black peppercorns - 1 teaspoon
Cloves - 10 - 15 pods
Honey - 1 teaspoon
PREPARATION
1. Take a deep pan, add all the ingredients except honey and mix it well.
2. Bring it to a boil.
3. Boil for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
4. Remove it from heat.
5. Strain the tea into a jug.
6. Add 1 teaspoon honey and mix it well.
7. Serve.
Mint Tea
Servings - 2
INGREDIENTS
Mint leaves - 1 tablespoon
Cinnamon stick - 1/2
Cloves - 1/2 teaspoon
Black peppercorns - 1/2 teaspoon
Cardamom - 5 pods
Water - 800 milliliters
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
PREPARATION
1. Take a mortar, add 1 tablespoon mint leaves, 1/2 cinnamon stick, 1/2 teaspoon cloves, 1/2 teaspoon black peppercorns, 5 pods cardamom and crush it with the help of a pestle.
2. Take a deep pan, add 800 milliliters water, crushed spices and mix it well.
