3 Ways Chaas

Classic Masala Chaas
Servings - 2

 

INGREDIENTS
Yogurt - 1cup
Cumin powder -1 teaspoon
Coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons
Mint leaves - 2 tablespoons
Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Water - 2 cups

 

PREPARATION 
1. In a blender, add 1 cup yogurt, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 2 tablespoons coriander leaves, 2 tablespoons mint leaves, 1 teaspoon chaat masala, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 cups water and blend until smooth.
2. Coat the rim with mint and coriander leaves.
3. Pour the mixture into the glass.
4. Serve.

Beetroot Chaas
Servings - 2

 

INGREDIENTS
Yogurt - 1cup
Beetroot - 1/2 cup
Grated ginger - 1 teaspoon
Cumin power - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Chaat masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Water - 2 cups

 

PREPARATION 
1. Take a 1/2 cup beetroot and microwave for 4 - 5 minutes.
2. In a blender, add 1 cup yogurt, 1/2 cup beetroot, 1 teaspoon grated ginger, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala, 2 cups water and blend until smooth.
3. Coat the rim with chaat masala
4. Pour the mixture into the glass.
5. Serve.

Pudina Chaas
Servings - 2

 

INGREDIENTS
Yogurt - 1 cup
Mint leaves - 1/2 cup
Green chili - 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Chaat masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Water - 1 cup

 

PREPARATION 
1. In a blender, add 1 cup yogurt, 1/2 cup mint leaves, 1 teaspoon green chili, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala, 1 cup water and blend until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into the glass.
3. Garnish with mint leaves.
4. Serve.
