Mango Banana Papaya Smoothie

Servings - 2

INGREDIENTS

Ice cubes
Mangoes - 100 grams
Banana - 100 grams
Papaya - 200 grams
Mango chunks - for garnishing
Mint - for garnishing

PREPARATION
1. In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend it into a puree.
2. Pour the smoothie into a serving glass.
3. Garnish with mango chunks and mint.
4. Serve.

Mango Jaljeera

Servings - 2

INGREDIENTS
Cumin - 1 teaspoon
Ice cubes
Raw mangoes - 150 grams
Mint - 2 tablespoons
Coriander - 2 tablespoons
Green chili - 1
Sugar - 100 grams
Black salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Cold water - 500 milliliters
Ice cubes
Lemon slice - for garnishing

PREPARATION
1. Take a pan, add 1 teaspoon cumin and dry roast for 2 - 3 minutes on medium heat or until it turns golden brown in color.
2. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
3. In a blender, add 150 grams raw mangoes, 2 tablespoons mint, 2 tablespoons coriander, 1 green chili, 100 grams sugar, 1/2 teaspoon black salt, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 500 milliliters cold water and blend it well.
4. Take a serving glass and add some ice cubes in it.
5. Pour the jaljeera into it.
6. Garnish with lemon slice.
7. Serve.

Mango Lemonade

Servings - 2

INGREDIENTS
Ice cubes
Mangoes - 400 grams
Sugar - 100 grams
Lemon juice - 200 milliliters
Cold water - 1 litre
Ice cubes
Lemon slice - for garnishing
Mint - for garnishing

PREPARATION
1. In a blender, add ice cubes, 400 grams mangoes, 100 grams sugar, 200 milliliters lemon juice, 1 litre water and blend it well.
2. Take a serving jar, add some ice cubes.
3. Pour the lemonade in it.
4. Garnish with lemon slice and mint.
5. Serve.
