Papaya Chocolate Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
Oats - 60 grams
Almond - 1 tablespoon
Dates - 50 grams
Soy milk - 200 milliliters
Ice cubes
Peanut butter - 2 tablespoons
Cocoa powder - 2 tablespoons
Cinnamon powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Papaya - 250 grams
Soya milk - 100 milliliters
Almonds - for garnish
PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, add 60 grams oats, 1 teaspoon almond, 50 grams pitted dates, and 200 milliliters soy milk.
2. Keep aside and soak for 1 hour.
3. Now, in a blender, add ice cubes, 2 tablespoons peanut butter, 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder, soaked oats mixture, 250 grams papaya and 100 milliliters soya milk.
4. Blend it into smooth consistency.
5. Garnish with almonds.
Green Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
Ice cubes
Banana - 100 grams
Green apple - 100 grams
Green grapes - 150 grams
Spinach - 100 grams
Yogurt - 60 grams
Soya milk - 260 milliliters
Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
PREPARATION
1. In a blender, add some ice cubes, 100 grams banana, 100 grams green apple, 150 grams green grapes, 100 grams spinach leaves, 60 grams yogurt, 260 milliliters soya milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
2. Blend it into smooth consistency.
3. Serve chilled.
Red Smoothie
Serving - 5
INGREDIENTS
Ice cubes
Red grapes - 250 grams
Strawberries - 150 grams
Carrot - 150 grams
Beet root - 80 grams
Ginger - 1 teaspoon
Mint leaves - 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Coconut water - 200 milliliters
Strawberry - for garnish
Mint leaves - for garnish
PREPARATION
1. In a blender, add some ice cubes, 250 grams red grapes, 150 grams strawberries, 150 grams carrot, 80 grams beetroot, 1 teaspoon ginger, 2 tablespoon mint leaves, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and 200 milliliters coconut water.
2. Blend it into smooth consistency.
3. Pour smoothie in a glass.
4. Garnish it with strawberries and mint leaves.
5. Serve chilled.
