INGREDIENTS
Ice cubes
Yogurt - 460 grams
Powdered sugar - 50 grams
Cocoa powder - 1 tablespoon
Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Chilled water - 250 milliliters
Grated chocolate - for garnishing

PREPARATION
1. In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend it well.
2. Pour the lassi into a serving glass.
3. Garnish with grated chocolate.
4. Serve.

Mango Coconut Lassi

Ice cubes
Yogurt - 450 grams
Mangoes - 345 grams
Powdered sugar - 50 grams
Green cardamom seeds - 1/4 teaspoon
Coconut milk - 150 milliliters
Mango - for garnishing
Mint - for garnishing

PREPARATION

Water - 60 milliliters
Saffron - 1/2 teaspoon
Ice cubes
Yogurt - 460 grams
Sugar - 50 grams
Chilled water - 200 milliliters
Pistachios - for garnishing

PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, add 60 milliliters water, 1/2 teaspoon saffron and mix it well.
2. Soak for 30 minutes.
3. In a blender, add ice cubes, 460 grams yogurt, 50 grams sugar, saffron water, 200 milliliters chilled water and blend it well.
4. Pour the lassi into a serving glass.
5. Garnish with pistachios.
