Detox Drink

Serving - 1

INGREDIENTS
Cabbage - 175 grams
Pineapple - 75 grams
Beetroot - 10 grams
Carrot - 175 grams
Spinach - 70 grams
Orange juice - 60 milliliters
Lemon juice - 2 teaspoons

PREPARATION
1. In a blender, add 175 grams cabbage, 74 grams pineapple, 7 grams beetroot, 172 grams carrot, 70 grams spinach and blend it until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into the jug.
3. Add 60 milliliters orange juice, 2 teaspoons lemon juice and mix well to combine.
4. Pour the mixture into the glass.
5. Serve.

Hot Apple Tea

INGREDIENTS
Apple
Apple juice - 500 milliliters
Tea bag - 1

PREPARATION
1. Take a apple and cut it into small pieces.
2. Boil 500 milliliters apple juice in a deep pan, add apple pieces, 1 tea bag and bring it to boil.
3. Pour the mixture into the glass.
4. Garnish with apple slice.
5. Serve.

Honey Lemon Tea

INGREDIENTS
Water - 660 milliliters
Tea leaves - 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 2 teaspoons
Honey - 1 tablespoon

PREPARATION
1. Boil 660 milliliters water in a deep pan, add 1/2 teaspoon tea leaves and bring it to a boil.
2. Pour the mixture into the jug, add 2 teaspoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon honey and mix it well to combine.
3. Add 2 lemon slices and pour the mixture into the glass.
4. Serve.

Carrot Apple Smoothie

Ice cubes - 3/4 cups
Carrot - 1 cup
Sugar - 2 tablespoons
Celery - 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Water - 3/4 cup
