4 Ways Shikanjvi

Ginger Mint Shikanjvi 

Servings - 2 

INGREDIENTS

Ginger - 10 grams

Mint - 8 grams

Lemon juice - 25 milliliters

Black Salt - 1 teaspoon

Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon

Sugar syrup - 30 milliliters

Ice

Water - 150 milliliters

PREPARATION

1. In a shaker, add 10 grams ginger, 8 grams mint, 25 milliliters lemon juice and muddle them using a muddler.

2. Now, add 1 teaspoon black salt, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 20 milliliters sugar syrup, ice, 150 milliliters water and shake well to combine.

3. Then,Pour the mixture into the glass.

4. Garnish with mint leaves.

5. Serve.

Orange Shikanjvi

Servings - 2 

INGREDIENTS

Ice

Orange juice - 120 milliliters

Lemon juice - 25 milliliters

Sugar syrup - 50 milliliters

Black Salt - 1/3 teaspoon

Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Water - 150 milliliters

PREPARATION

1. In a shaker, add ice, 120 milliliters orange juice, 25 milliliters lemon juice, 50 milliliters sugar syrup, 1/3 teaspoon black salt, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 150 milliliters water and shake well to combine.

2. Garnish with orange slice.

3. Serve.

Lemon Soda Shikanjvi

Servings - 2 

INGREDIENTS

Black Salt - 2 teaspoons

Cumin powder - 2 teaspoons

Chaat masala - 2 teaspoons

Ice

Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Lemon slice - 1

Lemon soda - 200 milliliters

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 2 teaspoons black salt, 2 teaspoons cumin powder, 2 teaspoons chaat masala and mix it well.

2. In a glass, add ice, prepared chaat masala, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 lemon slice, 200 milliliters lemon soda and stir well.

3. Garnish with mint leaves.

4. Serve.

Maple Shikanjvi

INGREDIENTS

Ice

Maple syrup - 40 milliliters

Lemon juice - 60 milliliters

Black salt - 1 teaspoon

Cumin powder - 1 1/2 teaspoon

Water - 200 milliliters

PREPARATION

1. In a shaker, add ice, 40 milliliters maple syrup, 60 milliliters lemon juice, 1 teaspoon black salt, 1 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 200 milliliters water and shake well to combine.

2. Then, Pour the mixture into the glass.

3. Garnish with lemon slice.

4. Serve.
