Strawberry Lassi

INGREDIENTS
Curd - 390 grams
Fresh cream - 65 grams
Rose water - 2 teaspoons
Sugar - 125 grams
Strawberries - 350 grams
Mint - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
2. Pour the lassi into the glass.
3. Garnish with mint.
4. Serve and enjoy!
Mango Lassi

INGREDIENTS
Mangoes chopped - 300 grams
Plain yogurt - 400 milliliters
Skim milk - 225 milliliters
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Ice - 2 cubes
PREPARATION
1. Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Refrigerate it for one hour.
3. Garnish with coriander and cardamom powder.

Yogurt - 500 milliliters
Milk - 200 millilitres
Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Black salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Mint leaves - 10
Ice cube - 1 cup

2. Pour the mixture in glass.

INGREDIENTS
Ice - 280 grams
Yogurt - 540 grams
Condensed milk - 250 grams
Cashews - 2 tablespoons
Almonds - 2 tablespoons
Raisins - 2 tablespoons
Cookies - 10 - 12
Almonds - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into a glass.

INGREDIENTS
Yogurt - 2 cups
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Water - 2 cups
Cardamom powder - 1 teaspoon
Ice
Pistachios
PREPARATION
1. Add 2 cups yogurt in a blender and blend until it mix well.
2. Now add 1/2 cup sugar, 2 cups water, 1 teaspoon cardamom powder, ice and blend again until all the ingredients mix well.
3. Pour the lassi in a glass.
4. Garnish with pistachios and serve.
Chili Mint Lassi

INGREDIENTS
Plain yogurt - 450 ml (2 cups)
Chili - 1/2 tablespoon
Ground cumin- 1/2 tsp
Mint leaves - 25 grams
Salt - 1/2 tsp
PREPARATION
1. Add yogurt, chili, cumin, mint leaves, and salt in the blender and blend really well.
2. Serve in glass and garnish with mint leaves and ground cumin.
