Cucumber Chaas

INGREDIENTS
Cumin - 1 teaspoon
Cucumber - 200 grams
Mint leaves - 40 grams
Curd - 300 grams
Green chili - 2 teaspoons
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Black salt - 1/2 teaspoon
PREPARATION
- In a pan, add 1 teaspoon cumin and dry roast for few seconds
- In a blender, and add 200 grams chopped cucumber, 40 grams mint leaves, 300 grams curd, 2 teaspoons green chili, roasted cumin seeds, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and 1/2 teaspoon black salt.
- Blend all ingredients properly.
- Pour it in a glass.
- Garnish it with a spring mint leaves and black pepper.
- Serve chilled.
