Energy Drink
Servings - 2
INGREDIENTS
Ghee - 1 teaspoon
Pistachios - 30 grams
Dry dates - 35 grams
Cashews - 20 grams
Almonds - 30 grams
Green cardamom - 3 pods
Cinnamon stick - 1
Nutmeg - 1/8 teaspoon
Milk - 500 milliliters
Brown Sugar - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Blended nuts powder - 2 tablespoons
Almonds - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. Heat 1 teaspoon ghee in a pan, add 30 grams pistachios, 30 grams dry dates, 20 grams cashews, 30 grams almonds, 3 pods green cardamom, 1 cinnamon stick, 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg and roast for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat or until it turns golden brown in color.
2. Remove it from heat and transfer this into a blender.
3. Blend it into a fine powder. Keep aside.
4. Heat 500 milliliters milk in a deep pan, add 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar, 2 tablespoons blended nuts powder and mix it well.
5. Bring it to a boil.
6. Remove it from heat.
7. Pour the milk into the serving glass.
8. Garnish with almonds.
9. Serve.
