Fig Milkshake

INGREDIENTS
Dried figs - 40 grams
Cashews - 1 tablespoon
Water - 100 milliliters
Almond - 1 tablespoon
Water - 60 milliliters
Milk - 100 milliliters
Ice cubes
Sugar - 2 tablespoons
Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
Chilled Milk - 500 milliliters
Almond - for garnish
Dried fig - for garnish
PREPARATION
- In a mixing bowl, add 40 grams dried figs, 1 tablespoon cashews and 100 milliliters water.
- Soak for 30 minutes .
- In another bowl, add 1 tablespoon almonds, 60 milliliters water and soak for 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, add soaked and strained figs, cashews, almonds and 100 milliliters milk.
- Transfer this in the blender and blend to a smooth paste.
- In a blender, add ice cubes, 2 tablespoons sugar , 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, blended mixture and 500 milliliters chilled milk.
- Blend it properly.
- Pour the prepared milkshake in a glass.
- Garnish it with almonds and dried fig.
- Serve chilled.
