Hot Chocolate

INGREDIENTS
Milk - 350 milliliters
Fresh cream - 40 milliliters
Dark chocolate - 50 grams
Sugar - 2 teaspoons
Cinnamon powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Corn flour - 1 teaspoon
Whipped cream - for topping
Crushed chocolate - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. Take a deep pan, add 350 milliliters milk, 40 milliliters fresh cream, 50 grams dark chocolate and mix it well.
2. Bring it to a boil.
3. Add 2 teaspoons sugar, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder and mix it well.
4. Add 1 teaspoon corn flour and mix it well.
5. Bring it to a boil again.
6. Remove it from heat.
7. Pour this into a serving jar.
8. Top with whipped cream.
9. Garnish with crushed chocolate.
10. Serve hot.
