INGREDIENTS
Water - 950 milliliters
Ginger - 2 teaspoons
Black peppercorns - 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin - 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon stick - 1
Cloves - 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
Neem Leaves - 15 - 20
Basil leaves - 2 - 3
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Jaggery powder - 1 tablespoon
PREPARATION
1. Take a deep pan, add 950 milliliters water, 2 teaspoons ginger, 1/2 teaspoon black peppercorns, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 cinnamon stick, 1/2 teaspoon cloves, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 15 - 20 neem leaves, 2 - 3 basil leaves and mix it well.
2. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt and mix it well.
3. Add 1 tablespoon jaggery powder and mix it well.
4. Bring it to a boil.
5. Remove it from heat and strain the tea.
6. Serve.
