Lava Flow Cocktail
Servings - 2
INGREDIENTS
Strawberries - 1 cup
Coconut rum - 2 ounces
White rum - 2 ounces
Ice
Pineapple juice - 4 ounces
Coconut cream - 4 ounces
PREPARATION
1. In a blender, add 1cup strawberries, 2 ounces coconut rum, 2 ounces white rum and blend into a puree. Transfer to a clean pitcher.
2. In a another blender, add ice, 4 ounces pineapple juice, 4 ounces coconut cream and blend until smooth.
3. Pour the strawberry mixture into the glass. Slowly pour pineapple coconut mixture into glass. The red mixture will evenly swirl with the white mixture.
4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and serve immediately.
