Litchi Ginger Cooler

INGREDIENTS
Water - 180 milliliters
Ginger - 1 tablespoon
Sugar - 2 teaspoons
Basil leaves - 1 tablespoon
Fresh litchi - 220 grams
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Ice cubes
Water - 400 milliliters
Mint - for garnishing
Lemon slice - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. Take a deep pan, add 180 milliliters water, 1 tablespoon ginger, 2 teaspoons sugar and stir well.
2. Bring it to a boil.
3. Remove it from heat and strain the syrup.
4. Cool for about 5 - 7 minutes.
5. In a blender, add 220 grams fresh litchi, prepared syrup, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, ice cubes, 400 milliliters water and blend it well.
6. Pour this into a serving glass.
7. Garnish with mint and lemon slice.
8. Serve.
