Pineapple Moscow Mule
Servings - 2
INGREDIENTS
Vodka - 4 ounces
Pineapple juice - 4 ounces
Lime juice - 2 ounces
Ginger beer - 1 cup
Pineapple slices
Candied ginger
Mint
PREPARATION
1. Fill a Moscow mule mug with ice.
2. Add 4 ounces vodka, 4 ounces pineapple juice and 2 ounces lime juice. Pour 1 cup ginger beer over the top and gently stir.
3. Garnish with pineapple slices, candied ginger and mint.
4. Serve.
