INGREDIENTS
Vodka - 120 milliliters
Betal leaf - 2
Gulkand - 2 tablespoons
Milk - 400 milliliters
Vanilla essence - 1 tablespoon
Thandai powder - 2 tablespoons
Almonds - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into the glass.
3. Garnish with almonds.
4. Serve.
Refreshing Mango Whip

Mango chunks - 210 grams

Sugar - 2 tablespoons
Fresh cream - 3 tablespoons

Rose & Arrak Mastani

Milk - 500 milliliters
Sugar - 50 grams
Rose syrup - 1/2 teaspoon
Rose petal ice cream - 2 scoops
Rose petals - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into the glass.
3. Garnish with ice cream and rose petals.
4. Serve.
Tutty Fruity Margarita
Servings - 2
INGREDIENTS
Mango chunks - 110 grams
White tequila - 60 milliliters
Lemon - 1 tablespoon
Ice - 1/2 cup
Lemon slice
Brown sugar
PREPARATION
1. In a blender, add 110 grams mango chunks, 60 milliliters white tequila, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1/2 cup ice and blend it into a smooth puree.
2. Take a glass, rub a lemon slice on the rim.
3. Dip the rim in brown sugar.
4. Transfer the mixture into a glass.
5. Garnish with lemon slice.
6. Serve.
Milk Rose Badam

INGREDIENTS
Ice
Rose syrup - 80 milliliters
Milk - 1 litre
Soda
Almonds - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. In a jug, add ice, 80 milliliters rose syrup, 1 litre milk and stir well to combine.
2. Fill the glass halfway with milk rose.
3. Top with soda.
4. Garnish with almonds.
5. Serve.
