Dates Milkshake

INGREDIENTS
Seedless dates - 10
Chilled milk - 800 milliliters
Cinnamon powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Ice cubes - 10
Dates - for garnishing
Cinnamon powder - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend it well.
2. Pour the milkshake into the glass.
3. Garnish with dates and cinnamon powder.
4. Serve.
Mint Lemonade
Servings - 2
INGREDIENTS
Mint - 80 grams
Water - 700 milliliters
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Sugar - 100 grams
Lemon juice - 55 milliliters
Ice cubes - 1/2 cup
Lemon slice - for garnishing
Mint - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. In a blender, add 80 grams mint, 700 milliliters water and blend it into a puree.
2. Strain the juice from it.
3. Transfer this into a blender, add 1 teaspoon salt, 100 grams sugar, 55 milliliters lemon juice and blend well.
4. Add 1/2 cup ice cubes and blend it again.
5. Pour the lemonade into a serving glass.
6. Garnish with lemon slice and mint.
7. Serve.

Sugar - 60 grams
Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon

6. Pour the mixture into the serving glass.
7. Garnish with desiccated coconut, pistachios and cinnamon powder.
8. Serve.
