Spiced Iced Green Tea
Serving - 3
INGREDIENTS
Water - 600 milliliters
Cinnamon stick - 2
Cloves - 4 pods
Cardamom - 3 pods
Black peppercorn - 1/4 teaspoon
Ginger minced - 1 teaspoon
Mint leaves - 1 teaspoon
Green tea bag - 3
Honey - 1 teaspoon
Ice cubes
Mint leaves - for garnish
PREPARATION
- Add 600 milliliters water in a pan, 2 inch cinnamon stick, 4 pods cloves, 3 pods Cardamom, 1/4 teaspoon black peppercorn, 1 teaspoon minced ginger, 1 teaspoon mint leaves and give it a stir.
- Now add, 3 green tea bags.
- Bring it to boil.
- Strain it in a jug.
- Add 1 teaspoon honey and mix well.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Take a glass add ice cubes, pour prepared green tea.
- Garnish it with a spring of mint leaves.
- Serve chilled.
