Spiced Orange Mocha Hot Chocolate

INGREDIENTS
Milk - 400 milliliters
Dark chocolate - 90 grams
Espresso - 30 milliliters
Sugar - 2 tablespoons
Cocoa powder - 2 tablespoons
Nutmeg powder - 1/8 teaspoon
Cinnamon powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Orange zest - 1 tablespoon
Corn flour - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Milk - 2 tablespoons
Marshmallow - for garnishing
Grated chocolate - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. Take a deep pan, add 500 milliliters milk, 90 grams dark chocolate, 30 milliliters espresso and mix it well.
2. Bring it to a boil.
3. Add 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg powder, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder, 1 tablespoon orange zest and mix it well.
4. In a bowl, add 1 1/2 tablespoons corn flour, 2 tablespoons milk and mix it well.
5. Pour the the batter into the milk and mix it well.
6. Bring it to a boil.
7. Remove it from heat.
8. Pour this into a serving glass.
9. Garnish with marshmallow and grated chocolate.
10. Serve.
