Coconut Water Lemonade
Servings - 2
INGREDIENTS
Coconut water - 4 cups
Lemon juice - 5 tablespoons
Sugar - 3 tablespoons
Ice
Lemon slice - 2
Mint leaves
PREPARATION
1. In a jug, pour 4 cups coconut water, 5 tablespoons lemon juice, 3 tablespoons sugar and stir well.
2. Fill the glass with ice, add 2 lemon slices, mint leaves, pour the mixture in it.
3. Serve.
Homemade Key Lime Syrup
Servings - 2
INGREDIENTS
Lemon juice - 2/3 cup
Lemon zest - 2 teaspoons
Water - 2/3 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Ice
Soda
Mint leaves
PREPARATION
1. In a jug, pour 2/3 cup lemon juice, 2 teaspoons lemon zest, 2/3 cup water, 1 cup sugar and stir well.
2. Fill the glass with ice, pour the mixture in it.
3. Top with soda and stir well. Garnish with mint leaves.
4. Serve.
Masala Chaas
Servings - 2
INGREDIENTS
Yogurt - 1 cup
Green chili - 1 teaspoon
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Black salt - 3/4 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Chaat masala - 3/4 teaspoon
Water - 2 cups
PREPARATION
1. In a blender, add 1 cup yogurt, 1 teaspoon green chili, 1 tablespoon coriander, 3/4 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon salt, 3/4 teaspoon chaat masala and blend until smooth. Add 2 cups of water and blend again.
2. Pour this mixture into the glass.
3. Garnish with coriander.
4. Serve.
Rooh Afza Sharbat
Servings - 2
INGREDIENTS
Water - 2 cups
Rooh afza - 5 tablespoons
Ice
PREPARATION
1. In a shaker, pour 2 cups water, 5 tablespoons root afza and shake well to combine.
2. Fill the glass with ice.
3. Pour the mixture in it.
4. Serve.
