Parle-G Chocolate Milkshake

INGREDIENTS
Ice cubes
Cold milk - 300 milliliters
Parle-g biscuits - 50 grams
Coffee powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Chocolate syrup - 1 teaspoon
Chocolate ice cream - 2 scoops
Whipping cream
Melted dark chocolate
PREPARATION
1. In a blender, add ice cubes, 300 milliliters cold milk, 50 grams parle-g biscuits, 1/4 teaspoon coffee powder, 1 teaspoon chocolate syrup, 2 scoops chocolate ice cream and blend it well.
2. In a bowl, add some whipping cream and whisk it well.
3. In a bowl, add some melted dark chocolate.
4. Dip the glass rim in it and garnish with parle-g biscuits.
5. Decorate the glass from inside with the melted dark chocolate.
6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
7. Fill the glass with prepared milkshake.
8. Top with prepared frosting.
9. Garnish with chocolate.
10. Serve.
Parle-G Vanilla Milkshake
Serving - 1
INGREDIENTS
Ice cubes
Parle-G biscuits - 50 grams
Sugar - 2 teaspoons
Cold milk - 300 milliliters
Vanilla ice cream - 2 scoops
Whipping cream - 150 grams
Honey - to decorate rim of glass
Crushed parle-g biscuits - to decorate rim of glass & for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. In a blender, add 50 grams parle-g biscuits, 2 teaspoons sugar, 300 milliliters cold milk, 2 scoops vanilla ice cream and blend it well.
2. In a mixing bowl, add 150 grams whipping cream and whisk it well.
3. Take a serving glass and dip the rim of glass in honey and the dip it in crushed parle-g biscuits.
4. Pour the the prepared milkshake in it.
5. Top with prepared whipped cream.
6. Sprinkle some crushed parle-g biscuits on top of it.
7. Serve.
