White Chocolate Chai Latte
Servings - 2 - 3
INGREDIENTS
Water - 250 milliliters
Black tea bags - 2
Cinnamon powder - 1 teaspoon
Dry ginger powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Nutmeg powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Cloves powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Milk - 250 milliliters
White chocolate - 100 grams
Cinnamon powder - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. Take a deep pan, add 250 milliliters water, 2 black tea bags, 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder, 1/4 teaspoon dry ginger powder, 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder, 1/4 teaspoon cloves powder and stir well.
2. Bring it to a boil.
3. Now, add 250 milliliters milk and mix it well.
4. Bring it to a boil again.
5. Remove it from heat and rest for 5 minutes.
6. Reheat the chai and remove it from heat.
7. Strain the chai into a jug.
8. Add 100 grams white chocolate and mix it well.
9. Add this into a deep pan and bring it to a boil.
10. Remove it from heat.
11. Pour the chai into the serving cup.
12. Garnish with cinnamon powder.
13. Serve.
