Creamy Palak Paneer

Creamy Palak Paneer 

Servings - 4

INGREDIENTS
Paneer - 150 grams 
Water - 100 milliliters
Ginger - 1 teaspoon
Green Chili - 1 teaspoon
Garlic - 1 teaspoon
Spinach - 150 grams 
Oil - 2 teaspoons
Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Onions - 120 grams 
Tomato - 100 grams 
Dry fenugreek leaves - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Red chili - 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Oil - 2 teaspoons
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Paprika - 1 teaspoon
Coriander - 1 teaspoon

PREPARATION
1. In a blender, add 150 grams paneer and 100 milliliters water. Blend until smooth and keep aside.
2. Crush 1 teaspoon ginger, 1 teaspoon Green Chili, and 1 teaspoon garlic using a mortar and pestle. Keep aside. Keep aside.
3. Chop the 150 grams spinach and keep aside. 
4. Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a skillet, add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds and the crushed mixture. Sauté for sew seconds.
5. Add 120 grams onions and cook for 2 - 3 minutes. 
6. Add 100 grams tomato, 1 teaspoon dry fenugreek leaves, and 1 teaspoon salt. Cook of 2 - 3 minutes. 
7. Add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon red chili, and 1 teaspoon cumin powder. Mix and cook for 1 - 2 minutes. 
8. Add the chopped spinach and cook for 2 minutes.
9. Add the blended paneer mixture and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
10. Heat 2 teaspoons oil in pan, add 1 tablespoon garlic and 1 teaspoon paprika. Sauté for few seconds. 
11. Pour this tempering over the palak paneer and mix well.
12. Add 1 teaspoon coriander and mix gently.
13. Serve hot.
