 Baked Kurkuri Bhindi

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS


Okra - 450 grams

Gram flour - 35 grams

Rice flour - 30 grams

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Red chili - 1 teaspoon

Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon

Dry mango powder - 1 teaspoon

Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon

Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon

Carom seeds - 1/4 teaspoon

Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon

Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon

Lemon juice - 15 milliliters

Mustard oil - 15 milliliters

PREPARATION

1. Take 450 grams okra and cut it from top.

2. Now cut it into half.

3. Transfer this into a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix it well.

4. Transfer this into a baking tray and spread it evenly.

5. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 20 minutes.

6. Remove it from oven.

7. Serve hot.

Baked Bhindi Do Pyaza

INGREDIENTS


Okra - 450 grams

Oil - 2 teaspoons

Oil - 30 milliliters

Cumin - 1 teaspoon

Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon

Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon

Onions - 75 grams

Tomato puree - 65 grams

Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon

Onions - 140 grams

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon

Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon

Dry mango powder - 1 teaspoon

Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon

PREPARATION

1. Take 450 grams okra and cut it from top.

2. Now cut it into half.

3. Transfer this into a mixing bowl, add 2 teaspoons oil and mix it well.

4. Transfer this into a baking tray and spread it evenly.

5. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 20 minutes.

6. Remove it from oven.

7. Heat 30 milliliters oil in a heavy skillet, add 1 teaspoon cumin and stir well.

8. Add 1 teaspoon ginger paste, 1 teaspoon garlic paste and stir for 1 - 2 minutes.

9. Then, add 75 grams onions and fry till translucent or until it turns golden brown in color.

10. Add 65 grams tomato puree and mix it well.

11. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.

12. Add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric and stir well.

13. Now, add 140 grams onions and mix it well.

14. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.

15. Add 1/2 teaspoons alt, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon dry mango powder and mix it well.

16. Now, add the baked okra and mix it again.

17. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.

18. Add 1/2 teaspoon garam masala and mix it well.

19. Remove it from heat.

20. Serve hot.-
