Aloo Pizza
Servings - 2 - 3
INGREDIENTS

Potatoes - 200 grams
All purpose flour - 30 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Pizza sauce - to taste
Mozzarella cheese - to taste
Bell pepper - to taste
Sweet corns - to taste
Oregano - for sprinkle
Chilli flakes - for sprinkle
PREPARATION
1. Take 200 grams potatoes. Wash and peel the potatoes.
2. Grate the potatoes with the help of a food grater.
3. Transfer this into a mixing bowl, add 30 grams all purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.
4. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add the potato mixture on it.
5. Spread it evenly to make a pizza base. (See Video)
6. Cook until it turns golden brown in color from both sides.
7. Remove it from heat and place it on a board.
8. Spread pizza sauce over it.
9. Garnish with mozzarella cheese.
10. Top with bell pepper and sweet corns.
11. Place it on a baking tray.
12. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
13. Sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes on top of it.
14. Cut it into slices.
15. Serve hot.
Roti Pizza
Servings 3 - 4
INGREDIENTS
Onions - 40 grams
Black olives - 5 - 6
Boiled sweet corn - 40 grams
Bell pepper - 80 grams (Green, red)
Tomato - 40 grams
Chaat masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Italian seasoning - 3/4 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
(Dressing)
Roti
Cheese spread - to taste
Pizza pasta sauce - to taste
Mozzarella cheese - to taste
Red chilli flakes - to taste
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl add 40 grams onions, 5 - 6 black olives, 40 grams boiled sweet corn, 80 grams bell pepper (red , green), 40 grams tomato, 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 3/4 Italian seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix well.
( Dressing)
1. Take a chapati, spread cheese spread and pizza pasta sauce over it.
2. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over it.
3. Add veggie mixture and again top with mozzarella cheese.
4. Preheat the oven to 350 °F/180 °C. Bake for 7 - 8 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
5. Garnish with red chilli flakes.
6. Serve hot.
