Cabbage Dumplings

Cabbage Dumplings 

Servings - 4

INGREDIENTS
Butter - 1 teaspoon
Onions - 60 grams 
Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoons
Purple cabbage - 90 grams 
Carrots - 140 grams 
Green beans - 90 grams 
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
Crumbled paneer - 60 grams 
Water - 500 milliliters
Green onions - 4 grams 
Water - 500 milliliters
Cabbage - 80 grams 
Chilli oil - 1 tablespoon

PREPARATION
1. Heat 1 teaspoon butter in a pan, add 60 grams onions and cook until the color translucent.
2. Add 2 teaspoons ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 minute.
3. Add 90 grams purple cabbage, 140 grams grated carrots, and 90 grams green beans. Cook for 4 - 5 minutes.
4. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and 1 teaspoon soy sauce. Mix thoroughly.
5. Add 60 grams crumbled panner and cook for 1 - 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
6. Boil 500 milliliters water in a pan, add 4 grams green onions. Blanch for 1 minute.
7. Remove from heat and keep aside. 
8. Boil 500 milliliters water in another pan, add 80 grams cabbage leaves and blanch for 1 minute. Remove and place on a board.
9. Place the prepared vegetable mixture on each cabbage leaf, fold to form a dumpling, and tie with blanched green onion.
10. Place the dumplings in a steamer and steam for 10 minutes.
11. Remove from the steamer and garnish with chilli oil.
12. Serve hot.
